Did Tyson ever fight a top fighter under the age of 30? Did Tyson ever fight a qualitty fighter when he himself was under the age of 30?

Tony Tucker was 28 and Donovan Ruddock was 27. Both not top tier competition but good contenders, especially Tucker.

I don`t think Bruno was a top class fighter, Tucker did much better against Tyson than te other two did.

You don't think Frank Bruno was a top class fighter? (LOL)

    Okay. Never mind then.

I think Bruno will be inducted into the Hall of Fame before freaking Tony Tucker will, that's for sure.

This may well be true but, prime for prime I'd pick Tucker to beat Bruno.

His lifestyle made him age horribly.

No way. He lost every major fight he was in, although he did claim a belt it was won against a fluke champ and he handed it off immediately to a past-prime Tyson.

Top tier? No way. If you want to give him a “tried hard” asterisk for the Lewis fight, sure, but that was another losing effort.

You shouldn't be so hard on Tony Tucker. He was fine. Just not as good as Bruno.

Tucker laster longer against Tyson and landed more jabs than Bruno, plus he fought a Rooney trained Tyson, he also beat Douglas who was far better than Bruno`s best win, Douglas beatr McCall.

What did Bruno do v Tyson that Tucker couldn`t? Tucker took Tyson`s shots far better than Bruno did and he beat Douglas.
