    Lower weight guys have smaller bones and muscles. So any fat they add looks horrible. The smaller your frame the worse you carry extra weight. It's why Foreman looks decent even when a little bit overweight because he's just a huge guy anyways and carries the weight better.

    It makes perfect sense. The bigger your frame the better you can carry the weight. I would know because I'm only 5'10" and 155 pounds. Got a small frame. If I put on weight I look terrible. A bigger guy carries it much better.
