He did dominate Thurman. That was not a close fight. PAC won completely and comprehensively.

No way was that dominate. Keith was landing the cleaner shots in most of the middle to late rounds. (aside from the first half of the 8th and the 10th)

And by the way check out the punch stats. According to compubox Thurman landed 192 power punches to Manny's 113 and at a much higher %. Compubox also had Thurman with a 45-29 body shot landed advantage. Compubox had Thurman landing 15 more punches overall, 210-195, with Thurman landing at a significantly higher %. I don't know how much stock we can put in Compubox but those numbers are pretty staggering.

dominating? sure if you consider dominating getting a split decision. Let me guess, you thought that Wilder dominated Fury too right?

    Huh?

Rocked him and dropped him. Bloodied his face and nose. Folded him (literally) with a brutal body shot.

Keith looked like he survived a car crash at the post fight press conference.

Keith was supposed to be the banger, the quicker harder hitting man in this fight.

He did rock him and drop him early. He also bloodied his nose and hurt him again to the body in the 10th. But in between those moments Keith was getting a lot of work done and Pac was outlanded.

If we're going by punch stats, Pac beat Mayweather, Horn, and Bradley.

A lot of Pac's punches were going around the gloves or in between, he also has that powerful jab/hook hybrid which they probably dont count as a "power punch".

To take my post from another thread, there is no way Keith won that fight or even got a draw, but you're right, it was close.

Horn and Bradley, but not Mayweather. According to Compubox Mayweather outlanded Pacquiao nearly 2 to 1.

I didn't think Keith won either. Just because you outland somebody doesn't mean you win. Keith was visibly hurt several times and was knocked down. These moments have an influence on the judges. But it was apparent to me that in the majority of the rounds, particularly over the 2nd half of the fight Keith was outlanding Pacquiao. So much so that Pacquiao went back to the ropes several times and was covering up. But then Pacquiao would come back with little flurries here and there. I thought at times Manny kept his hands down too much. He really felt Keith's power and said several times in the post fight press conference that Thurman is a heavy hitter.

Been doing this his all career, guys like Kellerman give him his due props over Floyd because of this.
I know I’ve banged on about this of late but I knew this would happen as Manny P is one of those rare breeds a real fighting man who’s respectful out of the ring and doesn’t say much but in the ring he’s an animal, kinda like Inoue.Thurmans talk of ending his career was laughable to me as I couldn’t think of one instance of him ending anyone’s career.
Wonder what Amir Khans thinking now lol?

I’ve noticed this trend of late, not unlike Floyd SD with Canelo I’ve noticed this trend of giving the loser something in defeat and imo it’s still corruption.
