I thought Thurman was fantastic. He definitely did not do a "run time" thing even though he was bleeding and hurt. He fought like a warrior and also gave Pacquiao credit afterward. You can't ask any more of a fighter. Hopefully, Thurman will take this experience and be ready to apply some new lessons in the ring next time out. My only beef with him is how inactive he has been. He isn't truly elite (e.g., Spence, Crawford) but is a championship level fighter and can make for a lot of good matches.
Roach already said they are interested in either Danny vs Mikey winner or Spence vs Porter winner. Based off your Logic, Bradley beat Pacman in the first fight and nayone who watched that fight will tell you that Manny was robbed. Your Colorism is starting to show.
Well if he fought him again knowing what happened I think he could avoid the knockdown and not lose the momentum early, then win some of the later rounds and edge a decision.
You aren’t making an ounce of sense. Crawford never outclassed Bradley. They didn’t fight. Crawford outclassed Horn. Bradley was competitive against Pacquiao, unlike Horn against Crawford. Horn and Pacquiao had a close fight according to any impartial, not emotionally driven, viewer. (Teddy Atlas’ opinion is not without extreme agenda.)
But he did run after the KD. It wasn't until the 7th when he finally gathered himself, stopped running, and started walking down Pac that he had success. That said I give him props for not choking, but he was the biggest douchebag in the build up for the fight so its a wash.
Huh? Keef said he was gonna KO Pac, retire him like ODLH, crucify him, end his career, and all that other nonsense ****. **** Thurman. This is why men don't say dumb**** like that. We don't say **** we cannot take back. Yea, Thurman fought, he had to its his ****ing job.
