These are roughly the weights I used in rehab when recovering from a serious serious car crash, these kinda weights helped me get back on my feet !

i was camera shy, hardly videoed anything. Calling me a hater doesnt take away from the fact that i think u should provide evidence."lifetime athlete" huh. Calling me weak, well im not really to be fair. Im bigger and squatted and deadlifted more than you and i dont think im "extraordinary"

Latineg had a great poa about how to disarm dogs by driving your fist down their throats when they bite you. May not work on a cat though, throats may be too small.
You could train a young relative to fight the cat for you.

ive seen plenty of heavyweight boxers incorporate the squat bench and deadlift in their training regime on youtube.

I think Mosley worked out with weights. He was benching 315lbs as a lightweight.

i cant and dont recommend it if you are trying to make weight, doing powerlifting increases muscle mass

i went to jail in late 2015 early 2016 and was in great gym shape and was put in a wing with a gang and we trained muay thai,i was kinda slow. Completely different style of training, much faster. My age might have had something to do with it,i was twice the age of most of them but i held my own sorta...just didnt dominate and would most likely would of gotten beaten up by most of them due to gassing and the fact they had trained that style longer than me.

yeah and holy at cruiser...but they are the outliers; power-lifting south of heavy is rare for a good reason.

True giving up flexibility and speed for strength at lighter weights is no Bueno...unless you are moving a fighter up in weight and then I would rather have a fighter with bigger legs and back, neck than arms, shoulders and chest
