I think AB will tear a muscle. Maybe it will be real idk we will definitely need the MRI's to prove it. I'm just think AB is going to over train & get injured. Is it just too soon for Oleksandr Gvozdyk??? No offense but Oleksandr Gvozdyk is going shatter Beterbiev's glass mandible. I don't believe in glass jaws but after seeing AB fight I was a bit more open to the theory. He's got a worst chin than Khan, every fight I tune in & see Beterbiev getting battered by blue collar boxers (no offense). Oleksandr Gvozdyk KO AB 1-6.
He finally gets his big fight and then he would pull out??? For what?! He was getting fasttracked early in his career, destroying former beltholders after only a handfull of fights until his career stalled in the worst way possible. Now he fimally gets the chance to become the #1 at 175. Even if you believe he has chin issues, he also has so much power he can turn off his opponent's lights at any time during the fight. Nobody would let a chance like that slip away.
Too soon for Gvozdyk? Beterbiev is 34, and a world champ with an extensive amateur background, it's not like he's an inexperienced kid. Glass jaw? He may be a little chinny, but he got flushed by a pretty heavy handed Callum Johnson and got back up and iced him. If you say you don't believe in glass jaws, it's strange you would use Beterbiev as the template to change your opinion.
I'm sorry. But everytime I see this thread, the AB I'm thinking about is Adrien Broner and not Artur Beterbiev. Lol I am looking for a great fight between two champions and start the process of reuniting the Light Heavyweight division.
Gvosdyk was hurt badly by Karpency and took 2 rounds to recover. So, I don't see him having an iron chin. both fighters are greatly flawed
