The second video with the punch count is by far the most accurate How could anyone be dumb enough to give Leonard round 10? Hagler also outscored Leonard in round 11 by 18 - 15
What I will say is that Leonard had a great gameplan and put on a great show. That flashy **** often impresses people more than it should. I agree with the guy that said that Marvellous' corner let him down somewhat.

If a fighters ring generalship is good why would he get hit more? If his defense was better how did he get hit more, if the aggression is effective why wouldn`t they land more? But you could have a point about power v volume though.

Hagler all day. Whilst SRL was a great fighter in his day, the publicity machine at the time made it impossible for MMM to get a win, the hype surrounding it was unreal and all in favor of srl. After the loss MM was heard saying "I cant believe they gave it to him ! "SRL". Terrible decision that still rages on to this day and justifiably so.

I agree. HOUDINI'S analysis is always incomplete re: power, there's really no way to evaluate that but Clancy DID say Hagler was landing the harder punches so I have to believe him
My dad is 79 and introduced me to boxing when I was 4 years old, we watched Hagler v Minter and I`ve more or less been a fan ever since, great stuff.
