    Great fighter to watch but he's always totally disrespectful to his opponents, never heard him say a nice word about anyone, barely said anything to his opponent Friday after a 12 round war.

    Even Floyd who was the biggest 'villain' of the decade shows a lot of his human side.

    Let him be. Boxing isn't always gonna have nice humble guys you need trash talkers to sell the sport. It would be boring if everyone was humble and always respectful.

    Not a fan. A fighter building modern hype on talk and back flips, while technically sound talents like Vergil Ortiz fly low under the radar. He’s got some talent but those picking him to initially beat Loma, wow.

    I agree. But the world of forums and twitter had plenty picking Lopez to beat Loma, once he came through Commey who has also been dismissed by many.

    He’s young but he’s biting off way more than he can chew chasing the fights he’s after IMO.

    I saw he tweeted that he is retiring because he did not enjoy his last fight. No doubt he will be back. I have heard him on Mario Lopez and Steve Kim's 3 knockdown rule podcast. He seems to be mentally pretty weak, his Dad said that when he would lose a fight in the amatuers that he would cry and run away from home and his Dad would have to go looking for him. Also found out that he got married to a chick he has known for less than a year and that it has caused a big rift with him Mom and sisters. LOL dude is only 21 he seems like such a dumb ass I reckon he will completely unravel when he finally loses in the pro's. His old man is a grade A douche bag completely deluded.

    I don't think he is a bad kid, just let the success into his head way too fast. Got humbled a bit from this last fight though.
    BTW i don't think he tweeted about quitting boxing, i think that tweet pertains more to his family issues, could be wrong though.
