There's also the infraction that should have been an insta ban as well when he refused to give samples in 2016.

All in all, I've never read of an agency more willing to bend over backwards for a doper than UKAD. Well, except for NSAC allowing dopers to use IV fluids prefight and allowing them to recieve a fake TUE, post dated no less.

 

What's unbelievable is Hearn made those comments after Pacquaios win and obviously after Whyte Vs Rivas.

So the cheeky tosser has the audacity to questions Pacquiao knowing that Whyte had failed a drug test.
