5 of the top 8 according to boxrec have all been caught cheating. The other two - Joshua and Wilder have had accusations thrown at them. Is Ruiz the only clean one?!
It's not just boxing though is it, look at what happened in cycling. With so much money at stake you would be foolish to not be on something in top level sport.
It is not impossible that Ruiz is on some illegal substances as well. He may be a big fat blob, but being on illegal substances does not equal having the body of a cover model. Also, a few blobby sacks of lard have been busted in the past.

Fury - guilty Whyte - guilty Miller - guilty Ortiz - guilty Povetkin - guilty That leaves Joshua (obvious juicehead), Wilder (obvious juicehead; you don't gain over ten pounds of lean muscle mass in a couple of months without juicing), Pulev (Bulgarian so probably juices), Ruiz (fat f*** but that doesn't stop someone cheating), and Parker (nice guy, but that doesn't stop someone cheating either). Extend it to the top fifteen and you have Kownacki (trains in same stable as Miller so probably juices), Chisora (don't care), Rivas (obvious juicehead), Breazeale and Hammer (don't care). Only ones I'm prepared to extend the slightest sliver of doubt over are Parker and Ruiz, and being morbidly obese while still miraculously fighting at the highest levels of the sport looks mightily suspect to me. So scratch Ruiz off the list of clean guys as well.

Think every sport has its drug problems. In football for example, Cristiano Ronaldo is quite clearly on PEDs, Leicester City's title winning team, more needs to be done about it
Why Leicester of all teams? Cristiano Ronaldo? Look at Messi, he was "prescribed" them by a Barcelona team doctor. Who is too day they gave him an extra large does that was bigger than on paper? These football clubs have the money to pay off the doctors they employ.
It's probably more difficult to test positive for juice with all that greasy fat in your blood. He probably bleeds gravy.
