If he has failed a drug test then of course he's done something wrong.

I think Hearn’s video has worked as intended - to muddy the waters and confuse people. I don’t really understand where we are now either as I’m no expert on PED rules.

Biggest question I’d like to know.. if the tables were turned and this situation was happening with Rivas (who, for arguments sake, won the fight) how would Hearn react?

This trace stuff is nonsense, you can't fail a drug test taking a dinabol pill once, there is even allowances in the test for the odd elevate different bit as there is rare circumstances, it's only through prolonged use ie a reasonable cycle lenth you can fail

Whyte was either mid-cycle or coming towards the end and didn't time it right and what PCT or covering agent he was taken has messed up, no doubt he has probably done this for years but here they've messed up or UKAD have changed testing slightly

So no injunction applied for, despite what others were insisting.

Eddie Hearn is following the old school protocol used by his predecessors

Bob Arum " "Yesterday I was lying. Today I'm telling the truth."

Don King " All of my fighters should get down on their knees and thank me for what I've done for them. "

Harvey Weinstein should fire all of his Lawyers and employ Eddie Hearn.

" Yeah, she tripped, fell, Landed on his d*** "

Yes he has done something wrong. Just like Saunders did. At the time people were trying to defend Saunders saying he hasn’t and if it was ok Britain he would’ve been allowed to fight as UKAD and the BBBoC said it would’ve been ok. Some of the same people are now trying to slam Whyte but defend Saunders.

I’m sorry but I don’t care if your name is Saunders, Whyte, Joshua, Wilder or Fury, if you’re a cheat you’re a cheat. If there’s drugs in your system but it avoids some sort of loophole then you’re still a cheat. It’s as simple as that.

Ban all cheats for life then it suddenly stops.

Andrew Mccart is fckin hopeless. First of all, he sits like a mile away from the microphone. Can hardly hear the little facker. Second of all, his questions are pisss poor. Third, his facking accent. All in all, a facking horrible interviewer.

On the interview itself, Eddie giving out vague unclear statements as per. "He was cleared to fight" is as bad as "He (AJ) has never failed a test".

I actually know Andrew. Or knew. A nice enough guy but I think he was chosen to do this interview for a reason. Was never going to really ask anything dangerous for Hearn.

The excuses for Saunders were laughable. Frank tries to explain it by saying it was a common nasal decongestant. "What's Billy supposed to do? - test everything that goes into his body?"

Yep Frank, as a pro athlete under testing scrutiny, that's what you're supposed to do before shoving unknown meds into your system.

I like Eddie but I wouldn't let him in my house. He'd have all my white goods and my telly signed up to Matchroom before I knew what was happening.

The 2 year ban he previously served was a joke - basically buying a can of Jack3d (so glorified red bull) over the counter but an ingredient within this had gone on the banned list only a few weeks prior. Two years...….. then you have the likes of Jarrell Miller injecting EPO where there's clear intent of gaining an advantage and Canelo with his Mexican meat getting a measly 6 months.

So given that he was put on the shelf for 2 years, really don't think he'd be daft enough to knowingly take anything. Further backed up by the fact he's purposely signed up and pays for VADA testing.

My take on it is that he's most likely taken a supplement which was tainted. He was cleared by 2 testing bodies and the BBBoC to fight on the night, so all parties where clearly happy with the evidence Whyte provided at his hearing.

I agree with the first parts on length of ban compared to current bans for much worse offences. We don't yet know the extent of it, so I guess we have to wait till it comes out. He is taking time with his statement though - and that only heightens speculation.

If he failed a drug test and got banned before because of a suppliment, why would he be buying the crappy supplements that get tainted or spiked?

If he wants supplements he easilly has the money to get legit ones guaranteed for drug tested athletes.
