He trains a few kids and amateurs down at Coldwell's gym. He's a good coach I think, perfect coach who would take kids off the roads n put them on the right path. He's a real presence in the gym from what I've seen, he'll catch you not listening
Dixon said on the Pod that there is a lot more footage and if people enjoyed it he would put another one out.... I dont have social media but i urge you lads with Twitter etc to get in touch and beg him for as many Richard Towers minutes we can get
He realized that with his grade a china chin and limited ability that he wasn't going to go anywhere in the sport.
Honestly no. So I cant speak for its quality. I do know that Towers had no chin though which when exposed suspiciously marked the end of his career. If I recall correctly he took a liking to training working alongside Booth.
Great podcast ,listened to the mark Hobson one today was good especially stuff about going full time rather still have a full time job, got the jamie moore one for tommorow to listen to for the drive to work and back
I remember reading a few articles about Towers years ago, sounded like he was a really nasty piece of work prior to his time spent inside, nice to see him turn his life around for the better, what kind of mindset do you have to be in to wave a knife around in a room aware that you are slashing people all over the place? Pretty messed up stuff.
