Henry has the following names on his winning sheet.
    Baker
    Payne
    Satterfield
    Agramonte
    Thompson
    Payne

    Satterfield has these;
    Summerlin
    Valdes
    Barone
    Williams
    Mederos
    Johnson
    Oma
    Gomez

Please provide the equivalent names on Gassiev's resume!

Why am I not surprised? You don't know that Bob Satterfield was a monster puncher?
Why are you even making posts on this thread?LOL

    Only Satterfield is decent there.
    Gassiev has Lebedev and Dorticos
Much better list than Henry's. Valdes, Williams and Johnson are good.

Of course I know who he is. I just know Gassiev and Usyks opponents as well. Gassiev > Satterfield, Valdez and Baker

Johnson is an ATG lhvy who beat many good heavyweights.Williams was a top ten rated contender and a very feared puncher.Valdes was the number one ranked contender.
Dorticas has beaten nobody, Lebedev has beaten two 40 years old former greats.I think you are trolling. Bye

Yes an ATG LHW. Not a HW.
Dorticos lost in the early stages of the Tourney, he is a good fighter and a top 5 CW today. Valdes resume is very thin

If you think I'm trolling fine but your constant and unreasonable boosting of Valdes is ridiculous

Ive never boosted Valdes ,all Ive done is say he was the number one contender which he was.
If I said you had a very tenuous grasp of the 50's heavyweight scene I would be guilty of gross understatement!
    Johnson beat
    Valdes
    Machen
    Henry
    Satterfield
    Mederos
    peaks
    Baker
    Slade
    Bivins
    Charles
    Moore
His resume shits all over Doricos and Gassiev's combined, just as he would **** all over them in the ring!

No. I know enough about the 50s HW division to know it was shocking during the Mid 50s and was until Patterson and Liston came along, and even then Patterson ducked Liston.
The early 50s was rules by 3 guys who would all be LHWs today (granted Rocky, Walcott and Charles are ATGs and would dominate Gassiev and Dorticos) but other than them the division was **** poor
It does I agree, to say otherwise would be stupid. But how many at that time beat Gassiev? I'd say Satterfield and Machen are 50-50s, I'd personally choose Gassiev to beat Satterfield and Machen to beat Gassiev.
Bivins has a real chance to get a win in a series, he always did.
Charles's prime was ended by Walcott with one of the most beautiful KOs ever.
Moores prime is virtually unprovable due to the lack of footage of him in the 40s, but his most impressive performance whilst Physically peak imo is a close fight with Ezzard Charles (Cincinnati Enquirer having it 5-4-1 to Ezz)
In there primes, I'm 100% with you they beat Dorticos (well maybe not Bivins), but I think Gassiev would be the second biggest puncher Moore has faced and would have beaten the HW version of him.
    Comprendé?
No. No he ****ing wouldn't. He'd win rounds, but then he'd be KOed

Archie Moore was a very clever boxer. 1948, and he is still a young man. He had no problem fighting heavyweights - his crossarm defence, his upperbody movements kept him out of danger. He punched as hard as a heavyweight. Today's boxers are onedimensial. Uzyk has kept his amateur stick and move and developed it in to perfection as a pro. None of Today's fighters would surprice Moore. An intelligent man like Bellow could have teased him. But Moore would have found his chin and knocked him out.

Bellew isn't Uysks smartest opponent. Briedis and Hunter are. Hunter has an iron chin he ain't getting KOed by Moore, and Briedis is just an all-round tank

he beats them all, but no easy fights.
