Being caught receiving an illegal & excessive 750 ml Saline drip in his own home with no TUE issued 24 hours before a world title fight disqualifies a boxer in that fight
The fact his State commission refused to investigate this & then gave him a TUE for the saline THREE WEEKS LATER!! doesnt clear him it just proves the commission is CORRUPT!!

Look at the corruption and reversal by Bob bennet after al Haymons money got to him.

"The TUE for Mayweather's IV -- and the IV was administered at Floyd's house, not in a medical facility, and wasn't brought to our attention at the time -- was totally unacceptable," Bennett is quoted as saying in the report. "I've made it clear to [USADA CEO] Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did."

It’s indefensible. Floyd is as guilty as Evan Fields. And it’s fckin ironic because he delayed a fight 5 years for this and the fact that Pac couldn’t take a painkiller on fight night. Guy had to stack all the cards in his favour against a 5’5 midget.

SB Nation's account said Mayweather's medical team told the collection agents that the IV -- which reportedly included a 250-milliliter mixture of saline and multivitamins and a 500-milliliter mixture of saline and Vitamin C -- was being given to Mayweather for rehydration purposes following the weigh-in.

WADA rules do not allow intravenous infusions or injections of more than 50 milliliters per six hours "except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital admissions, surgical procedures, or clinical investigations."

According to the report, WADA bans such injections and infusions because they can be used to "dilute or mask the presence of another substance."

SB Nation also reported that USADA did not inform the Nevada commission about the IV until May 21, when it sent correspondence to commission officials and Top Rank, Pacquiao's promoter, notifying them that Mayweather had been given a retroactive therapeutic-use exemption, which was allowed in the contract the fighters signed to cover the drug-testing protocol for the bout. However, when the commission and Top Rank requested more information about it, they learned Mayweather had not applied for the exemption until May 19. It was granted May 20, the report said.

Hey troll what ped the night before a fight will give you results? None! There's a reason why arum who hates pbf didnt make a big deal about it because there's nothing to it. He was cleared your boy margo wasnt cleared. The iv thing is just something for pac fans to hold onto to make them feel better about him being dominated on may 2nd 2015. The truth is your boy pac simply isnt good enough his style is tailormade for pbf and he was thoroughly schooled because if it. This is the same pac who never beat jmm clearly yet idiots like you thought he could beat pbf lmfao! You ****ing idiots dont know **** about boxing and are nothing but overzealous fanbois haters and wishful thinkers disguised as boxing fans. Pbf is a level above pac who he easily neutralized in that fight and i told you fools that for years. I was right you were dead ass wrong deal with it and move on.
Pbf UD #48 now then and forever let that sink in:deal: Skills pay the bills. Controlling range and dictating distance>wishful thinking and hate.

Perhaps that's the real reason he is staying retired. He can't get away with this IV funds this time around

Come on now, you know better than that. The IV was to cover up the drugs he been taking over training camp and prior for the post fight tests, not the actual PEDs itself.

As stated, that amount of Saline and MV in IV is illegal because it is used to mask illegal drugs. That or Floyd was severely dehydrated. So either floyd was a MW weight bullying WWs and still had to run away from a 5’5 flyweight midget or he was on all kinds of juice.

You do realize he was tested many times before this iv the night before the fight dont you? The iv was a 1 time thing it was a vitamin infusion to help with dehydration. He was cleared.

How can he be cleared when he never filed a TUE? Oh wait, he did, 21 days after the fight.

And for years all we hear about including from posters like yourself is that floyd is a small welterweight, now he’s so big he was dehydrated? Come on man, I thought you were all about the cleaning the sport life. Gotta keep that same energy here.

And he wasn’t caught in the previous tests precisely because he was doing this masking. He only got caught doing this masking because agents busted into his place and saw the evidence, otherwise he hid it well, hid it so well he didn’t even apply for TUE until he got caught.

I mean technically he can become part of the Mayweather family if he marries one of them and changes his last name but no, there's not much chance of that.

Hell yeah that would be fascinating. On the other hand there is a small chance Pacquaio could marry Floyd.... now imagine that.

Too bad for you your opinion doesn't matter and can't re-write history he was cleared the bag contained vitamins the results of the fight stand. Like I said earlier he was tested many times before this IV. The IV was only used once the day before the fight, pac's team knew this and didn't make a big deal about it. No PED is going to do anything for you the day before the fight. If it was when training camp first started you might have an argument but it wasn't it was the day before which won't do anything for you. It's just an excuse just like people who say PBF ran, Pac's shoulder just like people who said Pac was shot nothing more. PBF beats any version of Pac when he was active. Pac can't deal with PBF's ability to dictate distance and control range he has no answer for it and I've never seen any Pac fan refute that point as to how he deals with that.:deal:
