High risk fight for Hughie this- if he were to lose then where does he go? Dave Allen?

Povetkin even for his age has good skills and in price fight he had to be wary of a big punch coming back at him .hughie certainly doesnt have the power punch price or Joshua have,

I think Sasha is too far gone now. It'll be ugly, lots of holding moving from Hughe who I think will win a close decision. Povetkin will have his moments but won't be able to pull the trigger, IMO

If he loses this clearly I’d say he’ll probably never win a world title. There’s only so much a fighter can improve and he’s been around for a while now. He’s got to win. If he can’t beat a Povetkin knocked out cold by AJ, he’s never going to beat the elites.

It's a great opportunity for Hughie on Sky. Povetkin is a lot smaller than him and a lot older than him. If he can use all his elusiveness and poke the jab out all night, he has a chance. Povetkin won't stop him IMO.

Hughie was unlucky against Parker IMO. If he was a matchroom fighter he would've got that decision. If it's close v Povetkin he'll get the nod.

    You’re asking the wrong question.

High risk then surely high reward?

Where does Hughie go with a victory?

Hearn has some stable of heavyweights

    Joshua
    Bakole
    Hrgovic
    Takam
    Usyk
    Whyte
    Parker
    Povetkin
    Kuzmin?
    Chisora
    Hunter
    Zhang

Hughie on points, Povetkin is old and from rounds 9-12 he'll struggle.

Official. Fair play to Hughie, he doesn’t duck a challenge and this is an intriguing fight for the card.

Actually very excited about this, if he gets an injury and misses it though that's it, I'll be done with him.

Parker, Pulev, Povetkin. Not bad for a boy of 24. Hope he gets that elusive W v a world class opponent. Povetkin ain't easy though.

I wouldnt say so as Povetkin is levels above him, as is Hughie Fury.

I suspect young Hughie will be "striking a pose" like Pricey did at some stage...
