Adam Kownacki vs. Cristóbal Arreola

Arreola is a fossil at this point.

Kownacki should be able to get him to quit in less than 6 rounds

 

Will be fun while it lasts, but I don't think Arreola makes it past round 6. I hope that Babyface worked on his head movement and defense as he promised as it will be really needed when he steps up in the near future. Arreola was a good fighter with a strong fanbase 10 years ago (just like Adaś right now), but let's be honest guys, he never was anything special. This is a great chance for AK to showcase himself on primetime TV and I hope that he makes a statement. I'd love to see him fight Ruiz, even if the belts are not on the line by the time they meet - that would be a helluva fight!

 

If Arreola is actually ready as he claims he will retire if he loses this one, then he will lose a decision

This fight is like player one and player two both picked the same character and all we got was a pallet change. It's going to look surreal.

 

I think that's nostalgia speaking. Prime Arreola was almost identical to Kownacki now, but Kownacki has a slightly better jab and Arreola a touch more power. There's not much in them.

 

I don't think Arreolas defense was quite as bad. I think he'd run through him personally. I like Adam but he's a brutal KO waiting to happen.

 

Kownacki stops him but it'll be a fun fight

 

I’d agree with a lot on here that this should be good while it lasts.

Arreola is way past his best so I’d clearly pick Kownacki, probably by mid-round stoppage in a fun fight.

 

I'm really fired up for this fight. The reason is both of these guys are come forward, in-your-face heavyweights. Perhaps Chris is too far past his prime and the fight won't meet the expectations but I'm optimistic. Chris is a proud warrior and Adam takes a lot of shots. You have to favor Adam due to age but I think Chris goes out on his sword. This could be fireworks!

 

Crystal Balls is too shop worn to last with Cow Knackers at this point. Prime for prime this would have been a tear up.
