Breaking: WBC Suspends Dillian Whyte's Position as Interim-Champ, Mandatory

Isn't the WBC screwed here.

They recognise VADA as their official testing agency. Whyte passed all Vada tests so surely his mandatory position remains?

 

They are totally screwed. They have no case whatsoever.

They swear by VADA, and if I was Dillian's solicitor I would be taking screenshots and downloading all material from the WBC websites on the CLEAN BOXING PROGRAM, and VADA.

It is all there in plain english, the affiliation, the rules, the punishment, the quality of testing.... and here we have Whyte....


Tested for months, upon months upon months. WBC have NO CHOICE but to reinstate Whyte, or there will be serious repurcussions for the entire organisation.

This thing will reach snowden levels of breakdown, as each fighter in top 15 WBC, in each division, will be thinking WTF???

WBC are totally totally screwed.... they cannot spin this in their favour at all.... Whyte on top of that signed up to the FULL VADA VOLUNTARY all bells and whistles.... so his legal case is EXTREMELY strong in court.

 

Does seem a bit dodgy. WBC recognises VADA as their anti doping program which he’s officially passed and are suspending him on the back of a rumour?

 

In the past Whyte 100% failed a drug test and was banned two years for using a PED. His excuse for being caught taking this PED was deemed invalid and so the 2 year ban was upheld and he served it.

He has now failed a second drug test for using a PED and UKAD is following its process and allowing him to present evidence before they give him his ban. As with the last time he was found to be a drugs cheat, Whyte is trying to make excuses and worm his way out of it. Unfortunately that's unlikely to work as you simply shouldn't have PEDs in your system.

VADA didn't test Whyte the same day he failed the UKAD test, so there's no logical reason for you to keep mentioning VADA and thinking that will save the day. Whyte took PEDs again and unfortunately for him he got caught. Now he has to face up to it and accept the ban.

 

The WBC provisionally suspended Whyte pending the outcome of the anti-doping case against him currently being investigated by UKAD. UKAD opened this case after Whyte failed a random drug test. What part of that is dodgy to you?

 

And what were the names of the PEDs he failed for in both instances?

 

The fact that there is no ongoing investigation by UKAD LMAO

And that they cleared him and the case is closed?

And the fact that he officially passed every single VADA test that WBC are aligned with as part of their business model and documentation?

Hence they cannot remove the mando from Whyte and it will be back.

Ahhh here we go, a man who knows all the facts. When did UKAD tell you they were investigating and when will this outcome be? And what’s dodgy is that the WBC is suspending a fighter on hearsay because after all VADA, the anti doping program they use, have confirmed he passed their testing.

 

As someone who's obviously very up to speed with all of this - what happens next?

 

UKAD are 100% investigating Whyte. If that's not the case, why has Whyte hired lawyers to clear his name? Why also is he unable to discuss his failed PED test if there is no ongoing investigation?
How do you know what basis the WBC used to PROVISIONALLY suspend Whyte?
How do you know what information was passed to the WBC by the BBBoC?

You claim that I have made up some facts, but the truth is you and your like are the ones lying and fabricating a sense of confusion where there is none. Whyte is a two time PED cheat.

 

Legal action is to be taken against the media articles and the WBC if they dont drop their suspension

 

Now you're just lying. Whyte failed a drug test with UKAD and has now engaged a legal team to try and "clear his name". He's clearly under investigation and nobody is denying that. Why would you even try and deny it?

 

Are you now saying that the use of stimulants by a heavyweight boxer isn't performance enhancing?!?!?!?!?!

His legal team would never gag him and refuse to let him directly deny the claims of a libellous media article.

Whyte has been gagged by his lawyers as they don't want him to incriminate himself and further damage his case with UKAD. The investigation is ongoing and Whyte is facing a career ending ban.

 

Thanks - what I mean really is what happens next with the result of the test. Surely Whyte would want to clear his name. Is there further testing to be done or some sort of hearing? I can't see it just being left as it is, in a strange ambiguous state where no-one really knows what the truth is.
