Whyte just escorted John Harding Jr to the ring. He was dancing awkwardly during the ring walk.

It was always going to go this way, and it will.

Far from it. As others have said, it’s been swept under the carpet and hardly ever brought up in the media as in the Fury and Alvarez cases.

Whyte being hung out to dry (like it seems he deserves) benefits nobody sadly as he draws money, so it’ll just get forgotten about.

Well it looks quite clear in the article on Sky Sports boxing from Eddie Hearn.

The facts has they kept telling us to wait for was the 6 or 7 VADA tests that came back clear. I thought when he said ‘facts’ he meant that there would be other evidence but quite staggeringly, that is all the evidence they have. That’s everything on the table, chaps. Everything.

They’re now waiting on a decision from UKAD...so forget about sample B, that’s irrelevant now apparently. They’re not disputing the results of sample A, they are pretty much disputing the credibility of UKAD and the testing process. Do UKAD want a big costly legal battle on their hands or will they bow down to the pressure from Whyte’s lawyers.

I think we all know the answer to this. @Aydamn , your man has ‘got away with it’, due to having deeper financial (and Sky/Matchroom backing) pockets than a gutless anti doping agency. It’s a sham. Boxing fans won’t forget though, and his legacy is tarnished to a degree. Casual fans will give him a pass for now, but it’s boxing fans who will remember him in 20-30 years time and he will have ‘2-time drug cheat’ next to his name.

This is how I interpret it. You buy VADA, you buy protection.

Also Arum seemed to suggest there is no legal reason why the opponent couldn't have been informed.

Frank Smith needs to tell him to pipe the fick down and get back in his box

    Ludicrous...embarrassing really.

Hearn is a hypocrite but you don’t get as rich as him by being a moral saviour so can’t say it’s a shock...

Surely Whyte will lose some support now, his name will be tarnished regardless so hopefully the bigger paydays are less forthcoming...

I liked Whyte so this is very disappointing but I won’t support a drug cheat, especially one who lambasts other fighters for doing so when they haven’t been caught.

Wish I could share your enthusiasm, but is Mr Evan Fields not rated as the greatest Cruiserweight ever? It'll all be forgotten about

If Whyte is guilty he gets the same treatment as Canelo and Fury because he’s an established PPV star now. When you have pulling power you’re able to make these things wash over, most casual fans believe he’s confirmed innocent because of the VADA tests.

Like it or not, that’s how boxing works.

It's a wrap for UKAD if they can't follow through on this. It's literally putting people with monwy above the rules.

Doesn’t mean anything now mate. Even if sample B is the same (which 99.9% certainty it is) it changes nothing. VADA say he’s clear and UKAD haven’t got the financial clout or backbone to stand up to this.

the fact is he popped dirty. it doesn't matter if he pissed clean in 10 other tests.

as it is a strong possibility that he was juicing and just got it out of his system before those tests.

this is very shady. And UKAD should hang up their needles and p*ss cups if they can be intimidated this easily.
