Not very impressed by Kownacki during this fight. I must admit I had higher hopes than a UD. Weighing in at 266lbs, doesn't look like he took his training that seriously or as others have said his diet is utter garbage. He should hire a nutritionist, and possibly even change his trainer. Underwhelming performance in my opinion.

The processed food and plastics leeching into everything has made Americans especially into Blobs... Makes men feminine also complete with Biatch Tits ... this goes for anyone moving here, they may be very fit when they move here and soon after they're Fat Slobs...

I live in a college town and most of the foreign colleges students go from Fit to Fat after 1 semester and even the athletes look like these guys...

Knowkaci is one the most cleverly matched HWs.

In the ring top 10 yet i would strongly back the following against him:

Ruiz, AJ, Whyte, Fury, Povetkin, Parker, Wilder, Pulev, Joyce, Ortiz, Hunter, Rivas, Chisora, Hrgovic, Bakole, Dubois, Yoka Hughie Fury, Takam, Usyk and Gassiev.

Kownacki went life and death with Martin and I would even back Martin in rematch ina 12 rounder instead of 10.

Well......I think what Kownacki did was brilliant. Please hear me out. He's not a top 5 talent, but he's entertaining takes a good punch, has good energy and solid skills. So what so brilliant about this? If he blew Arreola away, Wilder would not pick him for a title match. Now Wilder who was ring side sees a way to sell his next fight if he gets past a 44 year old Ortiz, or Ortiz fills yet another drug test. Kownacki might have shown up extra fat un-porupse, and made the fight look closer than it sold have been to lure Wilder in for a title fight. If that's the case, his performance was exactly what he needed

He's better than Szpilka, who gave Wilder some fits and was even on the cards until Wilder landed a bomb.

So Kownacki was playing Possum, showing up extra Fat on purpose and doing just enough to win and pulled his punches as to not hurt Arreola too badly because Beyoncé Wilder was just feet away analyzing Kownacki's performance and sizing him up for a title shot victim!! If Kownacki smashes Arreola like he did Washington then Beyoncé Wilder gets cold feet about a match and goes the Tyson Fury route to dig up a Swedish or German Cab Driver for his next Title Defense after Kong...

It's Strategy on Kownacki's part to load up on the Banana Splits and Train on Krispy Kreme Donuts to lure Beyoncé into signing a contract!

    lol, perhaps...

He's completely different stylistically to Szpilka. Why are you even comparing them besides the fact that they're both Polish?

He looked worse than depressed Lucas Browne when he was taken apart by Dillian Whyte. Shocking conditioning for a man with aspirations on winning a title shot.

He doesn't need to hire anyone, unless they're going to hook him up with some world class undetectable fat burners. He needs to sort his attitude out and start to actually give AF to his profession.

He may have been 300LBS when that Joshua fight was offered to him, for all we know.

Also, he would probably want to be in better shape for Joshua than he would be for Arreola

the only reason Kownacki is a boxer is because people would tease him for being a "Fatty" so he'd Knock them Out and people would tell him he should become a boxer!

Interesting that Kownacki's trainer looks pretty built and ripped. Maybe he just told him to work hard and leave the diet part to him.:pesas:
