Fury's level of opposition is atrocious.
His only decent victory is old and slow Klitschko. He drew (or beat Wilder) but had to come back from the dead to do it and Wilder himself is highly overrated. He mostly fights Seferi, Pianeta, Shwartz type of fighters. Now, he is fighting some guy nobody ever heard of. All D minus fighters. Again...
Why is he picking such a low level fighters?
Is he hiding a flaw that when exposed people could exploit to beat him?

His last opponent was trash, and this other guy he is fighting next is even bigger trash. What if he is fighting these cans to increase his KO percentage and appeal more to the US market? I don't know but Fury is 100% full of stinking poop.

A glass chin but everybody already knows that, I don’t get why he can get away with such pathetic fights though. Wilder’s opponents were much better when everybody accused him of fighting bums.

    Fury is the man

Wilder has fought 40 bums. He didn't step up till he fought the 150 year old Luis Ortiz.

Fury stepped up in 2010 against a still going Chisora and sonned him.

If ESPN will pay him $12m to fight a total bum then obvoisly he is going to do it, Wilder can't because they won't pay him

I think he's got a contract with ESPN and that may be a problem to get a fight with certain boxers who got contracts with DAZN and similar. Also, he's trying to get a solid fanbase in the usa so he's taking some easy fights to win before going for the big ones.

At one point he said that after he gets Wilder, he's gonna give less prospect fighers a chance to fight for a title. But yeah, I wish he fought some bigger opposition. Pulev, Kownacki, Miller...

Why is he worshiped as a deity is this forum?
    A hall of famer?
    The next Muhammed Ali?

It is beyond pathetic. His arrogance makes it worse when he calls other contenders dossers.

“There is not a man born of his mother that could beat me” thats maybe only true if he continues fighting pianetas and schwarzes

To engage with true super heavies only smaller opponents bring out the fighting man in fury behemoths like himself he turns into this super slick dancing partner
Tyson will do well on strictly come dancing

Why would he risk the Wilder fight by fighting a live opponent?

He’s ensuring he goes into the Wilder fight in the best shape possible

Anyone who can’t see that doesn’t have a clue

For those who think Fury is a star in the US, he really is not. He barely had 3000 people at his last fight with Schwarz. They gave free tickets to firemen, policemen and kids etc.

Just last weekend, Gervonta 'Tank' David had 15,000 people in his hometown in Baltimore. A very poor city devoid of much wealth, but the fans came out to support the young fighter. That's a star in the making.

fury doesnt like very fast fighters, i think he admitted it. uysk would be a hard fight for him, ruiz could be but he hasnt got the footspeed.. he likes fighting the slower big hw's.

I think Fury's weaknesses have been obvious enough, he doesn't go out of his way to hid them. I just think given his rather bizarre career trajectory and unstable personal situation he's more just keeping active and taking the big fights when they come.

Without a doubt on that one. Uysk gives him a few things to think about but in the end, the size difference is too much. Ruiz gets busted up, Joshua broken down, wilder schooled again.

Lol a lot of people haven't even seen Otto Wallin fight. The beauty of Boxrec I guess. He's just been poorly promoted but would beat the likes of Washington, Helenius etc. he just lacks a bit of power for a HW imo. He's certainly better than Schwarz. I think around the 25 mark is a better representation of where Wallin is in the HW division.
