Prime Pac loses every historical H2H fight in history

Marquez is just as accurate as Floyd and he is a much harder puncher. A juiced Floyd couldn't drop or stop a badly faded Pac.

You say all of this, but Floyd didn't walk down and tee off on Pac, did he? No, he landed his lowest ever percentage and Pac ain't a guy that's hard to find.

 

Can't talk about Cotto-Margarito or Cotto-Martinez without mentioning wraps or a knee injury. Can't talk about Klitschko-Lewis without mentioning the cut. Can't talk about Golovkin-Canelo I without mentioning Canelo's failed drug tests. Can't talk about Pacquiao-Mayweather without the illegal IVs. After all, the arc of their story began with Floyd's PED accusations and ended with him cheating. If Floyd wanted to avoid all controversy, he wouldn't have cheated and gotten caught.

 

You just don't get it do you? Sharp accurate punches and clean counters you don't see can deter fighters unless you have that mindset where you dont give a damn like maidana or hatton both had. They were willing to walk through fire to try and beat pbf. They both displayed a warrior mentality to do it pbf had to work much harder to beat them than he did pac and they both made pbf fight, he fought their fight instead of fighting his. Pac didn't and he fought pbfs fight. He knew he would catch a clean counter and was discouraged from the 1st round on and wasnt willing to sell out like them. You claim he's a warrior but he didnt act like it in that fight like maidana and hatton did.

 

The punch didn't even land on his face, guy. And did you see Pac run from Floyd? No, he came forward all night. Whenever he got close, Floyd clinched. Plus, he was injured. Nonetheless, Floyd was on PEDs.

 

Floyd is 2 years older. It's not like pac aged and he stayed the same. Floyd was more shot than Manny anyway. Who knows Manny probably beats him now.

 

Again with the excuses. Pac got pretty much out boxed for the majority of the fight. I was waiting for PAC to use the "angles" or the "in and out" style to make the fight but he couldn't and as a result he got schooled in a easy fight for Floyd. He barely even got out of first gear for the most part and barely got touched. He maintained range and distance and PAC was hesitant to throw because he was mindful of getting countered. For god sakes he had Floyd in the corner a couple of times and backed up because he was scared of getting countered. That should tell you all you need to know. PAC is a ATG fighter. We can all say that but Floyd was all wrong for him and it showed. The better fighter won. Just give credit where credit is due and keep it moving. But i forgot its damn near impossible for some of you to give Floyd any credit.

 

His durability is impressive.

 

He's a great fighter but the people that are clamoring about him being the GOAT after beating a 30 year old Thurman who fought only once in over 2 years leading into that fight doesn't really help that case. Now if he beat someone like a Crawford or a Spence, 2 guys who've been active and are considered the top dogs at the weight class, than I can understand.

there's a lot of great fighters that campaigned from 122 to 140 lbs. The old time fighters at FW and LW (when there were only 8 divisions and a single title,) would've given him hell. Everyone talks about Duran and Whitaker at LW, Benny Leonard in his prime was basically a white Floyd Mayweather with punching power. There was a guy in the early 50's by the name of Ike Williams who was a murderer. He was the guy at LW that basically kept the great Willie Pep frozen at FW without any interest in moving up to attempt to be a multi weight champion.

Pacman would've done well against a good amount of competition in any era but when you get to the very top of the elite fighters at the lower weight classes, there were some well rounded, tough fighters who would've given him hell to put it nicely.

Anyone with good footwork, good defense and knew how to control the ring with their jab would've given him problems. Personally I would've loved to seen him fight Duran at 135 lbs. I'd favor Roberto since pacman wouldn't be able to stop him but it would've been a fun fight for however long it lasted. Roberto likes guys that come straight at him.

 

For only 2 sentences, your post is riddled with many errors. I knew the fight was over midway into the 1st round after Floyd landed his first right counter. At that point it became evident to me that Floyd gauged his distance early on and made it look pretty simple. I won't even talk about the injuries or PED's since it's irrelevant.

 

His fans make him unlikable.

 

He was afraid of getting knocked out.
