Let me clue you in on something dummy in 2014 The Ring Magazine did the top 20 fighters since WW2 PBF was ranked 12th and Pac wasn't ranked and this was before PBF and Pac ever fought. So how in the hell would Pac who since that time lost to PBF H2H easily and Horn jump from not being on the list to past PBF who would have gone up on the list to atleast 8 or 9 after beating Pac? Do you honestly think a win over Thurman is going to push him from being off the list up 10 plus spots? Especially considering you have to factor in his loses.
