The new plan speaks volumes. He recognizes he was way too fat. If all goes well he'll reduce to a 36DD bra size for the rematch.:zlumi:

Some you guys are confusing looks with performance.

Perhaps losing some pounds would help his speed and stamina. But...he needs to careful with that.

Hes heavyweight champ. Perhap tweak things but no need to do anything radical. What's hes been doing has obviously been working.

Yeah maybe he should take pride in his appearance and do what Joshua does and inject himself with testosterone and human growth hormone so that he looks great.

If Ruiz stays his current size it will be likely he dies young. And he will probably have poor quality of life and require a ton of pills and doctors visits to stay alive.

The human body is not meant to be obese. Its absolutely terrible for your health. And its completely disgusting.

But I support Ruiz. Hes an excellent fighter. And I dont think he cares two shits about his health right now. Hes making bank.

this. His extra bodyweight helped him shake off that left hook and that follow up right hand that would of concussed most heavies, Ruiz ate it like a snickers. Hes extremely talented for a guy thats obese. Must have an amazing amount of fast twitch and doesnt really gas that badly.

All those Roids just made Big Fat Baby Miller get Fatter!! Depends on the person and their genetics, some people just have low body fat naturally while most Brits and Americans are Fat Slobs by Nature!!

If Andy Ruiz continues to box he will probably live a reduced life with deteriorating health as he ages just because of the sparring and punishment he takes from 250lb men in fights. Those flush shots alone he took from Joshua have probably ****ed his long term health.

As you pointed out any boxer who is fighting as a pro clearly doesn’t have paramount regard for their health. In Ruiz’s case so long as his blood work is ok being obese is not the end of the world. Plenty of fat people live long. AJ’s health is not going to be any better. His organs will have been enlarged from the growth hormones he takes and the steroids won’t be great for his heart generally.

Agreed. Good point about boxing not being good for your health anyways. You look at a guy like Carl Froch and looks like the model of health as far as his fitness is concerned. But then again, he took punches to the head for a living, so his lifestyle wasn't very healthy.

I have known some obese guys who were in pretty good shape cardiovascular wise. They could hit the road and pick them up and put the down pretty good for their size, some were even outpacing the guys who were lean.

Having belly fat is terrible for your health. Look at NFL lineman. Their life expectancy is 52 years old. That's what happens when you weigh over 300 pounds. It's completely horrible for you health. Being fat is not healthy.

**** it though, I still support Ruiz.
