I wouldn't, not that Frazier's chin would be much of a factor against Wlad as your boy would be too petrified to let the right hand go anyway.
All the folks saying X,Y,Z fighters aren't Frazier are ignoring the common denominator: they're all small and had great difficulty in getting inside to actually engage Wladimir. Wlad's entire fight plan maximizes his massive size advantage and if you're a midget heavyweight you're going to have big problems from the outset. Right away he's jabbing you from where you can't jab him. So you move forward to get into range and he moves back. Wlad's foot work is magnificent. So you rush forward and now you have to try and wing in a few shots in an attempt to land something. Notice how by simply moving back, parrying and leaning back, Wlad is able to effectively negate the offense of smaller fighters. Moreover, he sometimes times them coming in and leads them onto his massive right hand. And IF they try fight inside, he ties them up, without fail. Frazier is not immune from this dynamic. Even if he could get a few extra pounds or inches, he's still just the size of guys Wlad routinely dominates with his size. At least Foreman beat him up fast. Wlad would put a career ending beating on him.
