Fury has give away tickets for free to fill up tiny arenas like the barclays centre And can only bring in 9000 fans to watch him fight schwarz Does he get paid more? Yes Is he overpaid? Clearly Yo guys who is paying for this Otto Wallin fight????? Yeahs thats what I thought
I’ll be paying for it don’t mind paying to watch elite heavyweights I don’t pay to watch bums who get hospitalised by a Ruiz victim the dianabol popping fraud No title shot EVER Ok dean
How did you feel when Fury came back and got a shot in under 6 months “But but I been mandatory 600 days boo hoo” STFU dean nobody cares
Whats so elite about Otto Wallin? You’ll be paying? Great! One PPV sold Only another 299,999 left to match Dillians PPV performance against unknown Rivas
And when he doesnt get banned, you’re going to be the real DORK. Check with you when the verdict is out, you are boring.
Come on Aydamn, you're supposed to be training right now. Forget about this internet argument and do some lateral raises!
If Fury wasn’t going to fight a live body, he should’ve fought David Price for September. Makes a lot of sense. 1. They have history, fought in the amateurs, it was Fury who come up with the ‘plumber’. 2. Price isn’t managed by Matchroom, so that wouldn’t get in the way. 3. Casuals would buy this in UK. 4. It could probably be the tallest fight in history. But then again, Price can punch and Fury obviously doesn’t take chances as he’s waiting to cash in on Wilder II.....
T mobile Arena? Where's the logic in that? His last fight was at the MGM garden, which is half the size, and it was about half empty... what was the logic of booking a bigger venue, and fighting another European stiff bum???? I have a feeling this fight will be cancelled due to poor ticket sales , which is VERY rare in boxing. you heard it here first though.
Yeah, that's right. The fact is that Fury is on a deal with ESPN that demands he fight fairly regularly and he has to find opponents for those matches. The top 10 or even the top 20 won't just make themselves available at the drop of a hat when they have ABC rankings, existing fights, mandatory statuses and their own egos to appease. Who wants to be made to look a fool in front of an ESPN audience? Fury is very good at making his opponents look redundant with minimal effort on his part. Cast your mind back to the job he did on Chisora five years ago, a Chisora who is still going strong today. Sure, he had a mixed bag with Wilder, but he was nowhere near match-fit and still made Wilder look a fool for 90% of the fight. Very few of today's top heavyweights have Wilder's equalizer punch. In fact, none of them do. Even Joshua is more an accumulation puncher. Wallin is a bad opponent from the viewer's perspective. His reputation is no more vaunted than Schwarz's. He's untried, untested. The thing is, so are most of the heavyweights today. The few exceptions are Povetkin, Whyte, Parker and Pulev. They've all fought at world level and, more importantly, emerged the victor. I hear some people say they'd rather see Fury in with someone like Duhaupas than Wallin -- but what is Duhaupas other than a proven loser? The same goes for many of the other "names" trotted out as alternative opponents for Fury.
