    Of course. Many. There are loads and loads of champions who staged zero defences. Foreman staged five i think, including one against Ken Norton.

    George put an incredible whooping on Ken Norton who had just split grueling fights with Ali. One of the scariest and most destructive performances in heavyweight history as a matter of fact. I believe Roman was also Ring Rated top 10.
