Damn Andy, I was legit happy for him and his underdog story to this point. But now he's about to screw himself. I think the reality is he got a fight he wasn't :
    1) in line for
    2) thought he'd win
Only reason he could sign the type of rematch clause he did in my mind and now he's worried his Buster Douglas time is up so he's trying to get anything he can out of it before the ride ends. Reality is he can win the rematch too, then he'd be free to demand whatever he pleases.

Please inform me as to which one of those "solid names" is a money maker? Eddie used to have some big money fighters but now he just has AJ.

Don't think Ruiz was too happy when he found out there weren't any Taco Bell over there. The bomb squad flying back with those shiny belts. And their ready to be divided up by Al Haymon 's crew. Deontay wants that punch red IBF I heard. Lol.

I think we all need to stop acting like we know the specifics of that contract. AJ is 100% due his rematch but they are trying to take advantage of Andy. He won the fight and he's getting $9M vs $84M and doesn't have a say in the location?

I don't blame Eddie for trying, so how can you all blame Andy for attemtping to bring more balance to the 2nd fight?

So they are not as popular as say Froch or Bellew was, and? They still have many years to go.
And that wasn't the point. The point was the Matchroom has been growing. Meaning not everything is dependent of AJ.
AJ can **** off right now and Matchroom would be fine.

Matchroom as a boxing force is entirely financially dependant on AJ right now. If he leaves the stable they have F all left. Especially with Dillian Whyte fighting off a career ending PED ban. There are no big time PPVs on the horizon for Matchroom other than AJ. You must be able to admit that right?

Every other major promoter has at least one PPV star. Matchroom be left with none.

He's about to turn his 7 figure purse to an 8 figure purse while your boy Dillian Whyte never makes another penny in the sport again. If you want to call out stupidity this isn't the place to do it. Taking PEDs when you already got caught and banned before. Now that's TRUE STUPIDITY.

Haymon has got in to his ear. This sounds like Team Ortiz and Team Wilder when Joshua tried to get a fight with either of them. This sounds a bit like the Charlo,s and Spence and Tank Davis. Its all sounding very familiar.

There we go, he doesnt want that rematch at all. He knows it will be different the second time around and he will face the better AJ. Smart man =) Its actually funny how AJ has been the confident one after his loss and Ruiz has been like: "Noo! No, not there, I wont fight. No!, I need my protection etc." Where is the: "YES! I will beat him again! Lets get it on!"
