Why was this fight made? 1-14 vs.3-45

    Heavyweight Jan Hrebi who has a record of 1 -14 will meet Martin Stensky who has a record of 3-45.

    I've never seen a match like this before. What are the chances of a double knockout?

    There was a very good reason this fight was made. It is the final eliminator to fight Deontay Wilder for his WBC strap.

    Because it’s a fair fight between two evenly matched guys? One where each guy actually has a chance to win?

    You complain about this but not when they get matched with undefeated opponents or guys with records like 10-1 or 18-1?

    There should be more matches like this instead of using them as fodder to build other people’s records all the time.

    Fills a space on the card.

    Also, maybe the promoter had promised them both a fight against better opposition; the usual prospect opponents these type of guys fight, but, for whatever reason, those fights fell through, so the promoter kept his word and gave them a fight by matching them together.

    Can't have that. Our rank and file posters will have a fit! There has to be some underlying reason! Did somebody test positive for a PED? Perhaps a promoter has some nefarious purpose in making the match?
