Talking to posters like yourself is like banging your head against a brick wall except I would find that much more pleasurable.

Pulev's team think they cannot beat Fury and that is why they turned down the fight. They were in fact offered very good money but not as much as they would make taking winnable fights. What are Fury and Arum supposed to do? Pay every fighter $10 million because they can't win? Pulev is a bum and wants an easy ride if he had anything about him he would have taken the (very good) money and knocked Fury out. Instead he wants the fat man Kownacki and some stadium sell out mandatory's against IBF bums back in Bulgaria. It's nothing to do with spinning an easy fight on Fury's part as your trying to portray, Fury is not scared of Pulev, his style is an easy nights work and if you knew anything about boxing (the actual sport) you should realise that. He voluntarily got in the ring with Deontay Wilder in America and dished out a boxing lesson and you are trying to suggest he is avoiding Pulev by lowballing him and his team? Jeeees. Everything I have said and mentioned is based on available facts and material easily verifiable online, I always try to post a source and link whenever possible or ask fellow posters to do the same. You are just arguing based on something you made up in your head.

OK so you tried to justify why Fury made all the moves he did with opponent selection. Cool. So he is looking out for his own best interest by taking on bums who happen to be in lucrative ranking positions.

Why then should any of us be a fan of Fury? If he doesn't give two shits about what the fans want? Why should anyone give Fury any credit????

When other fighters can make good fights, and good memories even if their ranking doesn't change much, but they earned the respect of the fans, plus their resume looks better, rather than fighting bums who nobody will EVER remember. WALLING WILL NEVER amount to much IMO, or Schwarz. So good luck to Fury, don't expect anyone on this forum to give Fury any credit, or be a fan anymore. Let Fury be selfish.

Fury said he wanted a bunch of easy fights, now he is getting criticised for it, so he comes up with this nonsense.

Fury lies, every month, you can’t take anything he says seriously, and if he does not like it, well it’s his own fault.

It’s not just Fury though. The only heavyweights that genuinely seem to want to fight good fights are Parker, Joshua and Whyte.

There should really be a lot of admiration for the unknown heavyweights who fight these guys. These unknown heavyweights have the balls to go in to these tough fights knowing they are outmatched and try to win anyway, fight after fight.
Heavyweights like Fury and Wilder are going through most of their career only taking on fighters they know they can outclass.
It’s sad knowing these unknown heavyweights have more balls than a lot of the top fighters.

Why can't you answer my question? Stop dodging the issue - are Fury's team stupid for trying to make the fight or were they trying to deceive us? It's one or the other. You've given us all the reasons Pulev wouldn't take the fight yourself so....

Did you need read any of my previous reply's? I have answered your question in depth. I have told you why Pulev's team turned down the fight (source - Pulev's manager). Pulev's team did not want the fight because of the IBF situation. There is no deception on Fury's part they were offered it, flew to L.A. to meet Bob Arum and turned the fight down as they wanted to wait for the resolution of the Anthony Joshua Ruiz rematch. This has all been confirmed by Pulev's manager in an interview to the Bulgarian press.

Jesus wept. Why will you not just answer the most basic questions. It's really embarrassing at this point.

Why did Fury's team make an offer knowing all of what you said? Was it because they wanted to look like they wanted a credible opponent or was it because they didn't realise why their offer was going to be rejected?

I know you understand what I'm asking you but you don't like what the answer will be one way or the other so keep ducking what I'm asking you which is about Team Fury not Team Pulev.

WYou can't handle the fact that Fury and co were either stupid enough to think a mando contender for the division's cash cow would give that up for comparative peanuts to face him or more likely they knew he'd turn down their stupid offer and they could then pretend they were looking to take on a credible opponent instead of Wallin.

I can't believe you couldn't answer such easy questions - you must be a bottle job of the highest order to duck reality in such a pathetic manner.

Good. If you can hack it then get your jacket. I gave you plenty of opportunities to give a frank answer and you couldn't find the courage to do it.

You kept explaining why Team Pulev wouldn't want the fight and not why Team Fury wouldn't know that despite being directly asked.

This is exactly what Pulev said, that they are using his name for PR reasons.

Nobody is avoiding Fury at all, they are avoiding his cheap low ball offers which nobody apart from a few barely fringe contenders like Schulz and Wallin are willing to accept
