If yarde bests Kovalev , he is no hypejob and no fluke . Even against this 36 year old kovalev *Fighting in Kovalevs back yard * only had 12 amature fights and 18 professional fights * limited experience has never stopped up in competition and the time he has stepped up right now is against an elite class level In Kovalev I got Kovalev winning but damn yarde fighting kovalev in his home country with limited boxing experience and stepping up against the elite Like i said I have kovalev winning But seeing how much yarde has stacked against him shows that if he overcomes all these obstacles and he is no hypejob Anyone who dosent give credit if yarde wins is simply a hater or a kovalev fanboy
Give Yarde credit for taking the fight. Give him credit even if he loses for taking on the task. But all this stuff to do with limited amateur experience is just excuses. His lack of high level competition in his professional career this far is his and his teams fault. If he loses he won;t get any credit as a fighter for pulling out the excuse of not having much experience. I like Yarde but I don't think he can outbox Kovalev unless Kovalev has got really old overnight, wrecked his body etc. Yarde needs to put pressure on and make this fight a war for as long as it lasts to get a win.
I'm not giving him any credit for taking a titleshot for a massive payday without ever having fought anyone of note. If he loses the plan worked and if he pulls it off the plan worked even better. I will give him credit if he somehow pulls a rabbit out of a hat, and it would mean he's no hypejob afterall. He took the hypejob route to a titleshot/payday though.
But what if he's just delusional? Yarde may be under heavy influence of Tunde Ajayi's mentoring. If he performs well, even if he loses, I will give him credit then.
Exactly. His handlers are cashing him out here while desperately hoping for a hail Mary. Yardes pathetic opposition thus far suggests they don't have much confidence in him.
I'll give him credit. It would go some way towards proving he is a legitimately decent LHW. Wouldn't mean he's as great as some make out though because Kovalev is old and styles make fights. He could still get beat by a bunch of other top guys in the division. So overall, yeah give him credit but don't get carried away.
He deserves credit alone for stepping and going to Kovalevs back yard. Some savages can't even give him credit for that.
Yarde might be good or bad, but for me he does not deserve chance at a world title with this resume. Fought only some absolute bums and somehow he is mandatory now ? What ? Why ? He skipped domestic level gatekeepers and i am pretty certain that he was gonna chin someone like Buglioni but still lame. 18 fights and he fought some short, small and old hungarian journeymen former SuperMWs, just wow. Kovalev`s opposition seem like killers NOW compared to this.
