Wasn't Bellew very vocal that drug cheats be banned for life. Wouldn't it be hypocritical to support someone who has been caught twice?
No mate sure he works for Sky, theres no way he keeps his job if hes vocal about this one.. We see Bellew kicking up all the time about drug cheats, we know that Whyte failed a few years back and still Bellew takes it handy on him. Just his job thats all
I am using my brain and bellew retired he dont owe anyone anything Not even UKAD who asked him for test results and he told them to eff off he is retired With all the crap whyte speaks about bellew... bellew doesnt need to be obligated to clear whytes name Try again
Bellew is a huge hypocrite. He posts things about all drug cheats should be banned then his next tweet will be how much he respects and loves RJJ. I used to like Bellew, his hard work and making he best of what he has got was brilliant imo but he has turned into a proper bellend.
Perhaps not, but there's definitely a theme with Sky/Matchroom boxers and pundits closing ranks on certain issues. It's pretty clear they have a tight strategy they follow when managing crises and that's probably the case here. They have an agreed narrative they stick to and try and get everyone on the payroll to stick to it. Who's to say that in private, Bellew and Whyte haven't buried the hatchet? It's quite possible.
I've got no idea about that either - I think he quite likes Joshua too. Would be interesting to know. I know more the ones he doesn't like! Tyson Fury & Usyk to name but two.
Guys - honestly - I like any fighter that brings a positive attitude to the sport, and comes to fight anyone. I support and defend any fighter that falls under the above classification, with the same passion I use to support Whyte. Usyk? Great attitude, great fighter. Fury? Liar, Contradicts himself, very poor attitude, ducks other fighters, selfish, conman, gypsy Wilder? Ducks top contenders, doesn't have a true fighting spirit. Parker? Great fighter, fights anyone, great attitude to the sport. Chisora? Great fighter, fights anyone, positive attitude. Ruiz Jr? Great fighter, fights anyone, positive attitude. Anthony Joshua? Greedy, lowballing, but he is dedicated, and does bring positive attitude to the sport. Ortiz? Neutral, just a man doing his thing, fights anyone, but his team make poor choices for him.
The only thing I'd dispute is the 'same passion I use to support Whyte' - that's clearly not true! Whyte is by far and away your favourite - but there's nothing wrong with that. If you had to pick your top 10 favourite fighters in any weightclass, who would they be? Not necessarily best, just 10 you like for whatever reason.
Well you can dispute it mate, but the evidence is all over the forum when I've ran to the defense of Wilder and Fury. If we did a search one time, you'll see my passion in full swing for other fighters. Other weight classes? I spend enough time talking about Heavyweights, and Dillian Whyte... lol you think I got time for other weight classes as well?? There is only one Aydamn.... passion is spread thin. At the moment I like, Tyrone Spong, Dubois, Yarde, Riakporhe, Okolie, Beterbiev, Callum Smith, Usyk, Buatsi, Michael Hunter Jr, Mairis Breidis,
Nice list - thanks. I'll take your word for it because I won't go searching your old posts. And yep, didn't consider that when mentioning other weight classes - only so much passion one man can have spread!
