This...no. Corbett was a total, utter, ass. Stuck up, arrogant, rude to those less fortunate than himself and racist to his core. The things he was screaming at Jack Johnson during Johnson-Jeffries alone completely excludes him from contention though. A d1ckhead, frankly.
Gotta be Arguello and Gonzalez. Duran is a good guy at heart, but had a hilariously big ego and a nasty streak.
Some of the picks in this thread are...interesting, being kind about it. But in the end it probably just means people have a different definition of "outright really decent people". I don't consider a serial philanderer a decent person, for example, but there are people who disagree and that's fine.
