I'm a boxing fan. It's plainly terrible to see unbeaten, high quality fighters in world title fights going under the radar. I want boxing to do well above all. Warren continues to disappoint.

Agreed mate, but anyone who knows anything about boxing knew he was live in the fight and he showed it in the 8th. All the Kovalev destroys him early to mid rounds posters have gone quiet.
Kovalev was past prime, he did what he had to do and outclassed Yarde. Prime Kovalev would have done him in within 6 rounds. You can't take a moral victory because a fresh fighter nearly a decade younger had a good moment in one round against a old man but got battered the rest of the fight
I’m watched Kovalev live several times throughout his career, which I doubt you have knobby, so am fully aware he is past his prime. Obviously the Krusher that beat Clev and Pascal would have stopped him early, but that was years ago. Crap comment tbh you clown.
You saw Kovalev live in the flesh and now you think you're some kind of expect on boxing? If that is the case, why are you behaving as if Yarde silenced his critics because Kovalev didn't finish him off in the early to mid rounds? What is your point besides seeking moral victory?

Yarde deserves a lot of credit for toughing it out as long as he did, but ultimately he gassed and got stopped as I expected. He did do better than I thought he would though.
