GGG and Kov are not ATGS. Hall of fame yes, but definitely not ATG. ATG don’t beg for paydays and don’t duck the Charlos or Andrades of the world. Based on resume you can’t make GGG an ATG.

Kov got beat by Ward and the other cat Alvarez . He’s had a crazy good run but nothing to go brag to mom about

noeone should be an atg when active, with few exceptions such as pac.

    possible atgs is better fit.

Kovalev NEVER got legitimately beat by Ward (Can argue that all you want 75% of the population agrees with me) and he also whooped Alvarez’ ass in the rematch. And GGG isn’t ‘ducking’ either of those two goons you mentioned. Lol! And he also tied the middleweight record for consecutive title defenses. But hate all you want. Lol

Lot of the European guys got ripped off by the judges and have “official” losses that hurt their ATG status but in reality would be pretty close if they got the call in their big fights.

How would Kovalev look if he had gotten the nod against Ward in Ward’s backyard.

Where would Triple G be if he was extending his title defense streak with a pair of wins over Canelo

Where would Fury be if he came back from a 3 year layoff to school Wilder in his backyard and take the wbc belt off him after 7 defenses.

4 fights against 4 American money makers and not one decision went these guys way. And some were easy to call.

Kovalev and Triple G could well be on their way to ATG status. Fury not so much but still would of been great win. Beating old Wlad and schooling Wilder who can’t box is not enough.

None of these guys though would be on paquaio level though.

There are some possible atgs like Lomachenko and Alvarez but none that have reached that status currently, other than Pac of course.

How? His record is 49-4 at best and 47-6 possibly. Everytime he stepped up he lost other than the Jacobs fight, however the Jacobs fight was a lot closer than either of Canelo fights vs GGG both of which he clearly lost

    Chocolatito.

Lomachenko, Canelo, Estrada, and maybe GGG(depending on the likelyhood of the Canelo rubber match) are possible candidates depending on how the rest of their careers pen out.

There's no other active boxer who did enough to reach an ATG status.

There are guys with ATG skills like Loma, or guys who have great potential if they add impressive wins to their resume (like Usyk, Canelo, Spence, Crawford etc).

But none besides Pac has an ATG resume currently, not even close.
