    I understand you being a Wilder fan you want to compare him to the greatest boxer you have ever witnessed over the last 20/25 years and you made a great pick in RJJ.

    Wilders style is drowning in red flags like Roys. Both had tools to make it so that didn’t matter. Roy had speed and head movement. Wilder has one punch knock out power. In the sense that they are both flawed yes you can compare them.

    Don't insult roy.

    Roy had IQ, his style was unconventional and didn't work once he slowed down but you could tell he had a smart boxing brain, a huge toolbox of offensive moves and counters.
    The sweeping right hand body shot
    Lead left hand uppercut
    Lead right hand skip to the side
    Lead left hook
    Etc...
    He was a creative genius. And he's also imo one of the smartest commentators HBO had

    With wilder it's just the right hand bomb, if that doesn't work he's clueless.
    Wilder has a real life IQ of a potato. He's already slurring like a mentally handicapped person and he doesn't even have brain damage yet.

    I like the comparison. Both freak athletes, they both know it/knew it. The traditional rules don’t apply, doesn’t stop them being on top.

    Roy Jones jnr killed himself to get back down to LHW because Dustin Nichols was just coming on the scene, and so he ran from the division.

    Wilder can't box well and I see speed and power in many many fighters. No particular correlation between RJJ and Wilder that needs discussing. Moving on.
