Spence -Porter promotion/build up poor ?

Idk if it's just me or I don't know . But has everyone else noticed the promotion from Spence-Shawn been poor as of late ? 4 weeks away and not many people are talking about this fight.

The press conferences were ok but not as exciting.

This fights sells should show us how marketable spence really is .

Now that you mention it, I have heard so little about it lately that I kind of forgot about it.

 

Yep, terrible promo. Neither guys have any fanbase though, it's just an intriguing match to see how Spence stacks in the group, is he a level above or on the same level?

 

Haven't heard much about the fight. It's coming up in a few weeks.

 

Spence isn't really a talker, he's a show and prove performer in the ring though. Porter is the talker and articulate, he should've taken the lead regarding selling the fight. Ultimately the promotion for this (a very good matchup) has been very lazy and lax.

 

Surely this fight absolutely flops at PPV, 70 dollars for Spence - Porter? Can’t be justified.

 

The American media wants to push Spence and Wilder as the next big thing in boxing. They keep cramming it down our throat. And nobody even knows who Spence is and nobody cares about his fight.

They're not even the best American fighters. Crawford is by far the best American p4p.

Hell Gary Russell Jr. Is as good as Spence and a better fighter than Wilder.

I've subconsciously thought this fight was cancelled for having seen nothing about it as of late.

 

No build up at all, no excitement, bland personalities. This is the PBC product right?

PBC screwed up with the location of the fight. They should have put it in the Barclays Center.

 

Is there VADA testing?
