    Only way for Spong to win is if he’s allowed to throw kicks&knees, otherwise it should be a fairly easy fight for Usyk and it won’t tell us anything about his chances in heavyweight

    No, not a test at all for a healthy Usyk. Who knows how well he's recovered from surgery though?

    As stated, if he struggles with this guy he'll struggle against the top echelon. That being said, he could box lethargically and lure in some big fish for his next fight.

    Tyrone Spong is a lay over job for Usyk so he can get used to fighting at a higher weight.

    I am interested to see Usyk step up against one of the current top 4. With his superior boxing ability the main challenge is how he can adjust to fighting guys bigger than him, with a longer reach and stronger than him.

    How would he fare against Fury, AJ and Wilder?

    Spong peaked in 2009 against Carnage Corbett and was KTFO. So no, not a real challenge or test.
