What do you mean by Wilder has long arms at the moment? Are you expecting them to shrink some time soon? Put the 2 of them on a punching machine and i have no idea who would come out on top. But punch for punch Tyson is a monster where as Wilder just has that big right. I dont see many other of Wilders repertoire of shots putting people down. But his big right is something special.

 

Wilder has more one punch power but Tyson wwas a more skilled finisher and often finished fighters with combo`s that Wilder rarely throws.

I've said this many times, power is the most overrated thing in boxing, always has been.

Tyson was effective because of his style and the way he put punches together, no doubt he hit hard but power wasn't what made him dangerous.

My guess is wilder but I’m pretty sure Tyson takes what wilder has but wilder sleeps the first clean one Tyson lands.

Tyson prime is in my top 10 h2h ever, although he didn’t display it against top opposition ehichbis why it’s not top 3, because levels can deceive.

 

Punching hard as you can is determined by technique and skill combined along with speed.

Wilder has speed and torgue from his core that's how hes generating the power for himself ,also punching down will have more impact.


M.Tyson has speed AND accuracy and more muscles going with the punch..legs /back shoulder and leverage with hook punching which do more damage. .

M.Tyson putting everything on his punch /sitting down on it with by far better balance then Wilder will hurt you more.


MIKE TYSON hits harder and has stopped better guys then Wilder has.

Mike Tyson BEST K.O was Holmes( only guy to stop him )


Wilders BEST stoppage was Breazeale the only proven chin hes fought .


The two knock outs here were ACTUALY knockouts .The difference is Breazeale made it back up,Holmes did not and he has a ATG PROVEN chin, yes I know he was knocked down twice but overall just look at the quality of known chins each fought.

 

Holmes was also coming off a lengthy lay-off, but it was a good win all the same.

However I don’t think Tillis would go 10 rounds with Wilder.
