Floyd would probably KO Lomachenko at 130 or 135. He was more of a puncher at those weights than either Linares, or Campbell, and also a much better fighter than either.

Lomachenko is really good, I respect his skills and ability. Everybody “would beat” Floyd until they don’t, rinse repeat. Anything is possible, it’s boxing, but I’ll take Floyd 10 out of 10 times.

    At 135 and 130 it’s 50/50.

    People are obviously forgetting JLC.

And Lomachenko is much better than him,

He would beat FMJ (the 130/135 lbs version), but it would be definitely a tough fight.

FMJ has the speed and body movement, but Loma has better footwork and accuracy.

And Floyd lost to Castillo, Floyd isn’t stopping him and he’d allow Loma on the front foot.

It’s a quality fight and both would be each fighters best opponents at that weight.

Some of you guys are serious with your responses. Loma doesn't have the style to beat Floyd. Not fast enough and not strong enough. This isn't a Duran/Leonard thing or a Castillo thing where Floyd clearly beat Castillo both times. Duran is a legend. He had skills for days fighting inside and out.

And Castillo was a huge LW who attacked Floyd's body and some of you actually think that he WON. What a joke. Learn to score fights. Two guys in a van doing compubox and clicking scoring punches that Castillo didn't even land clean when my eyes tell me something different won't cut it.

Skills always pay the bills and Loma who has skills wouldn't be able to reach Floyd or catch up to Floyd. And if he did catch Floyd, he wouldn't hurt him, and he get countered all night. Floyd's jab would be the key to setting up everything for him.

The real question is could Floyd make Loma say "no mas". It's possible, but I'd go the UD 12-0 round shut out win for Floyd.

Oh yeah, it would be a brutal KO. It would probably even match his knockouts of Carlos Hernandez and Viktoriano Sosa in terms of brutality.

No. I cant stand FlIVd but no. It'd be a heck of a fight though. No way either guy dominates the other.

Fluid is custom made for Loma.

Provided he uses his own gloves, there's not saline or roids involved

Floyd has the advantage in this bout, and there is nothing really separating their ring IQ. Floyd wins.

Mate, Loma is the best body puncher in the business atm with the best footwork, floyd wouldn't be able to keep Loma off him with a jab, and as soon as floyd throws a right hand, Loma would be all over him, Loma has a terrific chin so no chance of a KO for Floyd. I'd say it would be a close fight at 130-135

Castillo clearly won the first fight, it was an 8-4 sort of affair, Floyd was injured sure but then look how injured Loma managed to dominate Linares.
