Would Hatton have lasted longer v Bud than Horn did at 147?

Hatton was fragile at 147, does anyone feel he would have lasted longer in a welter bout v Bud than Horn did or would it be a blow out because of how he used to get caught rushing in?

 

Hatton was a strong 140'er who used the fact he was a decent size and strong at the weight. He lost those advantages when he moved up.
He was also weak against lefties. Crawford would win in about 5-6 rounds

 

Crawford would light him up badly. Hatton would look drunk trying to land on Crawford.

Crawford by early to mid rounds KO.

 

Crawford counters him, jabs him to death, walks him in to shots and beats Ricky up.

 

Hatton was a far better fighter than the school teacher. Only time he was stopped early was by a prime Pac. Crawford rarely takes guys out early so Hatton would probably stick around until the late rounds and potentially even see the cards.

 

Floyd Mayweather also KO'd him.

 

This. Once Horn was taken out of Australia were he couldn’t foul the whole fight he was shown to be nothing special. Hatton on the otherhand was a very good fighter and would easily be the best fighter on Crawford’s resume.

Crawford just about closest thing to Floyd Mayweather imo.I was rooting for Hatton that night and yet it was a real lightbulb moment when I realised how a power punches will nearly always lose to the elite boxer,not only that but Floyd lit him up,providing one of the most brutal but comical KOs of all time.
We've not seen the best of Crawford yet as he hasn't had his Hatton like opponent yet?If Crawford were to fight a Manny or a Porter you would see similar greatness imo.

 

I very much doubt it as Crawford being the elite boxer would light him up as Floyd did.
Hatton was a great fighter and provided entertainment and against the rest he was too good but Crawford/Floyd like fighters are as rare as hens teeth.

Crawford is better at stalking and finishing opponents than Floyd was, Floyd wasn`t as good as Bud is on the front foot.

 

Hatton would have eaten a lot of powershots by the time it got to the cards, I don`t think he could absorb that sort of punshment.
