The automated colorisation is really getting close, especially starting with better film.

Is that what they’re using? Tell them to do Marciano v Walcott n Louis and Moore and while they’re at it some SRR, Pep, and Armstrong lol

I think it is. Doing that much colorization manually that quickly would be impossible.

I think it's the same sort of AI as the deep fakes etc.

Nah I'm not sure about that. I talked to him on youtube comments. He said he had to go through all the frames in a Marciano vid (6000+). Which is why he's doing heavyweights at the moment, to grow his channel. Though his output still seems very quick, so probably some automated tool.

    Hope he succeeds.

I'm sure it's a large amount of work even with the AI, but doing it manually is crazy. Look how long it was taking Reznik.

Reznik said this was done with AI, and I think that's right, but I may well be wrong, I've not asked him.

He could be using an AI tool to color in each frame.

I don't like that he threw his trainer under the bus. Whitey Bimstein wasn't the one hitting him. I'm pretty sure it was Joe Louis.

Truth be told Bimstein is probably the reason Galento had a couple of moments. If he had tried to do what he claimed, come up out of his crouch and just slug it out with Louis he probably doesn't see the 2nd round.
Staying low and protecting himself was smart. Once in awhile pop up and suprise Joe.
Except when Galento scored the knockdown he " thought he was John L. Sullivan and stood up and went toe to toe" Whitey Bimstein.
