There's not many carbs in beer, it's the alcohol mostly which is empty calories. Fury is a 6'8 giant, four pints isn't that much for him. The biggest danger there would be dehydration, and if it helped him relax and end up sleeping better it might have been advantageous.

Are you 6'8, 260 pounds and have a tolerance for beer? Are you eating as much as him, and do you know how quickly he drank them?

 

How do you know his tolerance for beer? Once interview he claims he hasn't drank a drop of alcohol for 2 years, another he's saying he's getting hammered. u gotta read between the lines bud. I'm 6' 200 pounds, jacked, low bf%, I drink about once a month, and it only takes me 2-3 beers to get really buzzed.

 

Nothing to do with the story which isn’t true but 4 pints really isn’t a lot. Most people I know would go out and have 8-10 pints for a night out as the norm but guess it’s a British thing lol.

 

Because you don't just start drinking beer the night before a fight, and as someone else said he would do it for roadwork as well.
So you're far smaller than he is, you likely drink far less often than he does, and having a lower body fat percentage means you're more affected by alcohol. So you've just conclusively confirmed that a comparison between Fury and you is completely irrelevant, thanks.
