Tank already said he would fight Loma if he comes down to 130 to fight him. He said he's not moving up to 135 until he unify the titles @ 130.
Lots of headlines saying Davis is calling out Loma now that he has moved up to lightweight. Then you read the article and he's saying he wants one of the belts (Loma holds 3 of the 4!) and that Loma is 'one of' the best guys in the division (when he is transparently the best) and that he'll fight him but only at 'the right time', whatever that is. For a guy looking for challenges, he sure seems to be finding ways to avoid them.
