Devin Haney is a bad matchup for Loma, stylistically

Stop. Lomachenko didn't beat Rigo by "bullying him." He absolutely befuddled the Cuban, and that's coming from as big a Rigo fan as there is.

Thing is Haney is too young and inexperienced and he knows it,this same lot are always waiting for the next best thing that they think will beat Lomo.
I guarantee the same bunch all wanted Rigo to fight him and predicted broken jaws.

Ironic that the only guy fouling on the night was Rigo.

The fuzzy logic of the Loma gobbler. Tank, a midget 130 pounder who has fought damn near all cans himself is suddenly touted as a legit opponent for Loma instead of Haney? How does that work? He's 5'4, smaller, and has only one legit win.

Haney is beating up lighweights. Tank is beating up featherweights.

rofl, you blind? not only he won to him by bulling him phiscallly but he dragged him 2, not one, no, two whole weights so that he could bully him hard enough?

And walters went out to the ring with 100% winning mentallity too, isnt it? not that he was mad at his promoter for fist****ing him. Not that he had a weird behaviour in the fight. Not that he, let's say, could probably be betting against himself, isnt it? when he quitted I think he had received how many clear punches? two? laughable.

EDIT: btw, walters has not fought ever again. Not weird at all, no, not at all.

Lomachenko's career is one of the weirdest careers I've ever seen. Starting with the oportunity he had to fight a champion in his first fight and the amount of weird things surrounding the nicholas walters fight. I have always wondered what kind of mafia is behind lomachenko. But I will never talk about it here, because I would be linched by you, nuthuggers. He's a top fighter, though, I'm not denying that.

That's a foolish assumption, considering I've given Lomachenko plenty of credit, but tis the nature of the die hard Lomachenko fan.

    Because:

    1) You can only fight one guy at a time. Getting the 4th lightweight strap and Tank Davis are more important fights now.

    2) Haney will be a better fighter in a couple more fights. I want him to destroy a top ten guy or two to make the Loma fight as big as it can get. If it happens sooner, it happens sooner, and I'm fine with that. But I like the fight better in a year from a competitiveness standpoint.

you dont need to foul in order to bully. And I'm not saying that bullying is not a valid strategy. Bullying is the way to go when you are the bigger man, dont do that and you will be making a mistake. Lomachenko was fighting a guy that belonged 2 weights lower, that's the truth. The right strategy is to use this advantage as I said, but GL to lomo if he tries his strategy with haney, he will need it.

A 130 pounder who can't make weight anymore isn't much of a 130 pounder anymore, is he?

If Loma fights Haney first, I won't mind. I think Haney's a heck of a talent. He'll improve after a stiffer test or two and make for a better fight. I just find it funny how the exact boogeyman Loma supposedly keeps ducking changes faster than a three card monte shift.

I'm sure if he takes out those three in 2019, there'll be dumbasses saying he's ducking Berchelt. That's just the way the game's played at the Player Hater's Ball.

The problem is this. He is being guided by his father I believe. It’s not up to you the fan to say what’s best for him. He’s in his career. We can give our opinion all we want, but he’s the number 1 ranked contender under the WBC. Were you all saying this when Loma fought Salido? We’re yku so sure that he’s beat Salido?

In the past there are too fights that I said that come to mind where a guy was being rushed. Loma Salido and Lacy Calzaghe. Both lost. One guy got better and the other didn’t. That’s boxing. If they think that they can beat Loma or feel he’s vulnerable now why not call him out? What is the big deal!!!???
