Gutted for Spelman. Local lad and tough as nails. Once the feet slowed done he struggled to land his power shots on the inside.

Right result though, surprised Pitters didn’t move on to bigger and better things following Ultimate boxer.

Didn’t like that midway through the round from Davies where he dropped his hands and went walkabout, Chelli rightly pouncing. Davies feeling the pace now perhaps.

 

Good sixth round for Davies, hurt Chelli there. Chelli seems to be barking out at the Calzaghes during the round in the clinches, shades of Eubank v Blackwell.

Tell you what, Eubank v any of these guys but particularly Chelli at 168 would be an amazing fight. Chelli is a brawler I see a bit of Eubank Jr in him. Every punch is thrown with real spite, casuals will love watching this boy.
