His punches have more impact when they land.

Margarito would have been too big at 154.

Loma sets his punches up better than Manny did v JMM.

Why are Mexican fans so nationalistic?

I can't speak for anything above 135, but I think he'd do damn well vs the guys Pac fought beneath that since most of the biggest names Pac beat had issues with slick fighters stylistically. I don't think Morales, Marquez, or MAB find much joy in a Loma fight at all.

the thing is, is Lomachenko durable enough to take them on one big fight after another?

Guys are still using the Loma that fought Salido to judge him. Use the Pac who lost by ko twice and/or use the Pac who was dropped from a Hussein jab and see how that goes for you. Nobody that Pac fought from 135 on down can beat the Loma of today. And that includes JMM, Barrera and Morales. He would be too fast for all three and too big. Jmo.

Salido is part of the generation of Mexican warriors of the last era. Morales, Marquez, Barrera, Salido, Castillo, Humberto Soto. These were bad men in the division. I don't think we will ever see another crew like this in a while. Those warriors in the late 90's and 2000's were monsters. These crew we have now are quitters and soft.

I like the new wave Mexican fighters. Mexico hasn't lost a step. What's missing is these new Mexican fighters aren't fighting each other. We miss the great fights, rematches and trilogies. It'll start back soon!
