Why would GGG drop down to 154 to fight Lara? And, why would GGG fight for a 160 belt at a weight of 155 against Cotto or Canelo? It’s crap like this that a true boxing fan should be against, 155lb 160lb title defences.

Lara fought him in his prime at 154 and did not go life and death with him. GGG fought an inactive Vanes in the last fight of his career and only fight at 160.
If that's how you feel then dont complain about not getting good fights, every single great fighter has had to comprise to be great. Which is why GGG isn't great
Why would GGG drop down to face Lara? Lara is not Mayweather and not the name fighter. If you want to see this fight it is for Lara to move up, not GGG to move down. It’s not as though Lara’s management approached team GGG either is it. And WHY would you want a 160 title to be fought at at a weight of 155? Please tell me.
Golovkin wouldn't lose to any version of kovalev" for sure "like you are acting.They would be great fights but Golovkin is just tougher and more determined.Golovkin has the power to hurt Kovalev to the body or head.Kovalev even mentioned referring to sparring with Golovkin that you can't hurt him and he just keeps coming.I think it would be a great fight between them.The problem is Golovkin doesn't bulk up like the incredible hulk like Canelo does ,"however he does it" he just feels more comfortable at 160 lbs,that's his body type.Maybe with his new Dietitian he can go up without getting fat.If Kovalev wins,which I don't think he will unless he beats Canelo down or k.o.es him,i think G might fight him,why? You might ask, because G's brother Max was on site scouting Kovalev in his last fight againt Yarde.Look at the fight Max is there either for support or scouting purposes.
Watching Trout and Lara get robbed is more proof.I`m not saying that Canelo is not a great fighter because he is,but he lost some on his way up while learning.Good thing the record doctors were on hands to make sure no more L`s showed up on his record.Going 24 competitive rounds with GGG without getting Ko.ed and defeating Jacobs is proof Canelo is a special fighter.
A draw and a 2 point loss is pretty damn close,at least that's the way I saw the 2nd fight.The reason Martirosyan hast fought since is probably more due to the of the devastating way he lost to G.That kind of devastation is hard for an accomplished elite fighter to recover from.
Remember truth twisters,Cotto and Martinez wanted no part of GGG,and Canelo gave up his belts and then had Oscar make a public announcement that Canelo won't fight GGG for 17 months to give Canelo time to grow.
Hagler never went down in weight for anybody, nor should the man who holds the all time middle weight title defense record along with Hopkins.The only fighter Golovkin said he would drop weight for was a Mayweather fight.
