I would not rate him greater than Mayweather, but he would definitely be an ATG Mexican fighter, possibly an ATG fighter, and definitely the greatest fighter of this era.

I honestly expect Canelo and Oscar to impose a 168 or 170 weight limit on the fight in order to drain Kovalev (like they did to Chavez Jr), therefore devaluing any Canelo win.

Kovalev is better than any fighter Floyd faced, he never faced a jab like Kov`s which was that much longer than his and powerful.
