Canelo's picked his fights better than Floyd Mayweather. He hasn't beaten anybody good in their prime and has been on the right side of 2 or 3 dodgy decisions. He's beaten a couple of good old fighters way past prime. Beaten a few no hoper siblings of good fighters. Beaten one or two decent fighters unconvincingly, perhaps questionably. Dreadful record considering his reputation amongst many. The way he imitated Mayweather's 'I'm not hurt' mannerisms after he fought him was pathetic. No wonder his own fans booed him for it.
I like Canelo but the PED thing is a big deal for me. Also Kov is not the monster he was before he was humbled by Ward. Those figthts took their toll physically and mentally and we are now seeing a Kov on the downside of his career. I mean seriously, 2015 Kov wouldve obliterated Yarde and Canelo would have 0 chance of beating. Now, I think people are crazy to think that Kov stops Canelo. I like Canelo by a legit decision.
