Wilders team publically stated he is a "baby" (despite having 33 fights and being WC at the time) isnt ready and not good enough to fight Wlad. Wilder turned mutiple offers to fight AJ including $100m which is more than Wilder earned in whole career Wilder turned down offers from Chisora & Whyte. Also sending Whyte texts that he will freeze him out and not give him the fight. Povetkin intested positive from that added to ban list 3 months prior to the tes and provided evidence proofing that hadnt take it in 3 months. Yet Wilder still high tailed and fled Russia ASAP. AJ ducked Ortiz? Ortiz turned down a career high purese to be Millers replacement. I will believe Wilders hype when he actually starts beating legit opponents instead an old man with heart problems and with two notable win (Jennnings & Hammer) or a guy who was terrible shape after a long lay off, who is feather fisted &, class jawed. If Wilder beats the likes of Usyk, Ruiz,AJ, Whyte, Povetkin,, Parker, Pulev and Hunter then he will finally live to his current hype which is unwarranted due to his poor resume.
Honestly, if Wilder beats Ruiz (who beat AJ twice) it will be very hard to deny Wilder the status of the all-around best and most consistent HW. But doubts will linger. People won't forget he took the easy route and beat only the easiest opposition.
@notjustacasual - why so many threads? You basically say the same thing in every single thread, why not add all your musings to one thread? It clogs up the forum and isn't particularly insightful.
No, just think if you are going to keep making new threads - it is better if they say different things. Most of your threads since Sunday morning have largely said the same things.
I still find it embarrassing that wilder kept knocking back AJ offers and claiming he wasn't interested in the money or the belts, happy with the WBC that's all he needs but when Ruiz holds the belts he's all undisputed. What a brave little soldier he is.
George has pretty much destroyed the lack of facts in the OP Wilder or possibly his team absolutely bricked it from Vlad for a start
Most of what he said is correct, as your complete avoidance of his points (putting fingers in ears and saying 'blah, blah, blah') completely confirms. I'll tell you straight - and I'm no Wilder-hater - it's your assessment which is from a fantasy world. But I will give you some credit, as I'm sure you only believe some of what you wrote, which is why when pushed, you didn't retort. "bomb squad"
I replied blah blah because he was talking out of his ass Im not going to waste my time arguing with Euro fanboys Everything I wrote there was facts but it just eats some of these guys up that Wilder is the King. Get used to it, wilder and soon Ajagba gonna rule long time, many tears will be shed.
I think he'll be the undisputed heavyweight champion by the end of 2020, too, unless a random belt goes missing (gets stripped). And if he does, Deontay Wilder will be the first heavyweight champion to hold all the titles - WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO. No one has held all four of the major heavyweight belts since the WBO was created. First ballot Hall of Famer.
